In-App Support
Every business has a Support page in the sidebar under Management:
- Navigate to Support in the sidebar
- Select a category:
- Bug Report — Something isn’t working as expected
- Feedback — Suggestions, feature requests, or general thoughts
- Question — Need help with something
- Enter a subject and message
- Optionally attach files (images, PDFs, text files — up to 3 files, 5 MB each)
- Click Send
Your message is sent directly to our support team. We’ll reply to the email address on your account.
Bug Report Template
When you select “Bug Report”, the message field is pre-filled with a template to help you describe the issue:
- What happened?
- What did you expect to happen?
- Steps to reproduce
- Browser / Device
