Channels

Channels represent how sales are made — in-store, online, marketplace, wholesale, etc. Use them to track where your revenue comes from.

Creating a Channel

  1. Navigate to Channels in the sidebar
  2. Click New Channel
  3. Select a type from the predefined list:
    • Walk-in — In-store or in-person sales
    • Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, TikTok — Marketplace platforms
    • Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube — Social commerce
    • Custom — Any other channel (enter your own name)
  4. Click Create

Using Channels

When creating a transaction, select a channel from the dropdown. This helps you:

  • Understand which channels drive the most revenue
  • Filter transactions by channel
  • Analyze channel performance in reports (Pro plan)
