File Attachments

Attach receipts, invoices, contracts, and other documents to your transactions and products for complete record-keeping.

File attachments require a Pro plan.

Supported File Types

  • Images — JPEG, PNG
  • Documents — PDF

Maximum file size: 10 MB per file.

Uploading Attachments

On a New Transaction

  1. When creating a new transaction, click Attach File
  2. Select a file from your device
  3. The file uploads immediately and links to the transaction when saved

On an Existing Transaction

  1. Open the transaction detail page
  2. Scroll to the Attachments section
  3. Click Attach File and select a file

On a Product

  1. Open the product detail page
  2. Scroll to the Attachments section
  3. Click Attach File — useful for product photos, spec sheets, or supplier documents

Managing Attachments

From the transaction detail page:

  • View — Click an attachment to preview or download
  • Delete — Remove an attachment from the transaction
  • Featured Image — Mark an image as the featured image to display it on printed documents

Attachments Page

Navigate to Attachments in the sidebar to see all attachments across your business, with links back to their associated transactions or products.
