Party Statements

Generate a formal statement for any party showing all transactions within a date range, with running balances and summary totals.

This feature requires a Pro plan.

Generating a Statement

  1. Navigate to Parties and select a party
  2. Click View Statement
  3. Set the date range (e.g., this month, this quarter, custom range)
  4. The statement generates with:
    • All transactions with this party in the period
    • Running balance after each transaction
    • Summary cards for total income, total expenses, and net balance

Printing

Click Print to generate a printable statement document. The statement uses your business branding (logo, accent color, footer text) from document settings.

Use Cases

  • “Show me all invoices sent to Acme Corp this quarter”
  • “How much does Client X owe us?”
  • “What’s my total spend with Supplier Y this year?”
